The form prepares an enquiry. Send it through WhatsApp or contact us by phone. A booking is established after the scene, time, group size, scope, price and payment arrangements are agreed. Preparing a message does not reserve availability.
Rental, photography, makeup, costumes, video, retouching and commercial use are explained in your service. Items not expressly included are separate. Overtime, additional people or images and other changes require an agreed price before work proceeds.
Our operating window is 09:00-22:00, China Standard Time. Open dates and availability require confirmation. Your order explains preparation, shooting and clearing time. Late arrival does not automatically extend a session. If we cause a delay, we discuss extra time or an appropriate refund.
Contact us early if plans change. Cancellation deadlines, rescheduling and refund arrangements are explained with your order. Any settlement reflects reasonable actual costs disclosed in advance. If we cannot fulfil the service, we discuss a new date or refund the unfulfilled part.
Set configuration, capacity, private or shared use, equipment models, quantities and compatibility are confirmed in advance. Complimentary equipment is for on-site use during your agreed time only. Check items on collection and return. Normal wear is not charged; damage is resolved based on cause, evidence and reasonable costs.
Discuss large props, replica weapons, smoke, liquids, powders and unusual electrical equipment in advance. Use them only after a suitable arrangement is confirmed. Protect sets and equipment, do not dismantle or repair equipment, and respect others’ photography and privacy.
Photography orders specify time, retouched image count, file specifications, delivery date, revisions and retention period. Approve a sample before batch retouching. RAW files, complex compositing, rush delivery and video are not automatically included.
Promotional permission is a separate choice. Unapproved images are not used on our website, social media or advertising. Personal publishing, commercial use, credit and material rights follow your order. Supplied references and character-related materials must respect relevant rights.
Discuss sessions involving minors in advance so guardian participation and permission can be arranged. Processing personal information about a child under 14 requires parental or guardian consent.
