Information you send
Opening WhatsApp prepares the enquiry for you to send. The team receives it only after sending is completed. WhatsApp processes data under its own policy. Do not include ID numbers, medical details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purpose & scope
Names, requests, dates, group sizes and references you choose to share are used to discuss services, confirm availability and fulfil orders. Necessary payment, delivery and other information is explained at the relevant stage.
Maps & social links
The embedded map loads Google Maps content and may share connection information with Google. Google handles that data and any cookies under its own policies. Map buttons open Google Maps for location search and directions. We do not automatically request your precise live location. External social services follow their own policies.
Necessary access records
Hosting may process IP addresses, access times and necessary operating or security logs. We have not added advertising trackers or extra visitor analytics. Hosting records follow provider rules; enquiry content is not placed in analytics events. Third-party content such as Google Maps may use cookies under its own policies.
Images & promotion
Promotional permission is separate from purchasing services. Images are not public by default. Delivery, retention, publication channels and credit are discussed with your project.
Retention & collaboration
Contact and order information is handled for communication, fulfilment and necessary retention. Specific periods are explained in your order. For photographers or stylists collaborating, only necessary information is shared for explained purposes within the agreed scope. Enquiries are not published as customer lists.
