Can I bring my own photographer?
Yes. Choose Studio Rental and discuss the scene, time, team size and equipment. We clarify private or shared use in advance. You do not have to purchase our photography service.
Are makeup and costumes included?
Only items expressly listed in your confirmed service are included. Makeup, costumes, video, complex compositing and additional retouching are explained and quoted separately when needed.
How do I use complimentary equipment?
Tell us what you need before booking. We confirm models, quantities and compatibility. Confirmed equipment is available on site during your agreed time, not for off-site use. Crew services are separate.
Can my photos stay private?
Yes. Promotional permission is a separate choice. Unapproved images are not used on our website, social media or advertising.
What are your opening hours?
Our operating window is 09:00-22:00, China Standard Time (UTC+8). Open dates and availability require confirmation. Preparation, shooting and clearing the space should fit within your agreed time.
Does the form confirm my booking?
No. It prepares an enquiry for you to send through WhatsApp. The team confirms availability and pricing after you send it. Creating a message does not reserve a slot.
Can I use large props or special effects?
Discuss large props, replica weapons, smoke, liquids, powders and unusual electrical equipment in advance. Use them only after we confirm a suitable venue arrangement.
How do rescheduling and delivery work?
Timing, cancellation, rescheduling, delivery dates and revision scope are specified in your confirmed order. Contact us early. Additional services and overtime require an agreed price first.
